In total, 25 copies of the model named in honor of the most aggressive wolf in the northern mythology – Fenrir, will be built.
From the available information, we find out that the new hyper car with rear-wheel drive is built on an aluminum chassis. All body panels are made of carbon fiber so that the weight of the machine does not exceed 1,200 kilos.
Its dimensions are: 4,684/1,983/1,199/2,625 mm (length, width, height and wheelbase respectively). The doors open against the direction of movement, a less common solution for cars in this category.
The engine is positioned in front of the rear axle and is a twin-turbo unit with a displacement of 4.0 liters, made by Porsche but modified by the German RUF workshop. In total it produces 900 horsepower and 1,200 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 2.7 seconds and the maximum speed is equal to 400 km/h.
It is mated to an automatic gearbox with seven gears and two clutches. A self-locking differential is installed on the rear axle. The suspension is a McPherson in the front and a multi-link type in the rear. There are also anti-roll bars and dampers positioned horizontally!
The first model from W Motors, the Lykan Hyper Sport, appeared in 2015.
We don’t know how much the Fenyr SuperSport costs, but a Lykan Hyper sport was rated at least 3.4 million dollars and was made in just seven copies.
