Spy Photos of 2017 BMW M4 Facelift hint to a more aggressive design

Already halfway through its life cycle, BMW M4 is preparing for a facelift that will be presented next year; awaiting that event, the first spy photos of the BMW M4 facelift have emerged from Spain.

The camouflage for BMW M4 facelift is a reduced one so that only the proximities of the lights and the front / rear aerodynamics have been covered, which means that the exterior design changes will prevail in that area. The headlights seem to have a slightly more angular shape, with smaller and more aggressive design. The camouflage applied to the front does not reveal too many details, but it seems that we have a new aerodynamic package for the BMW M4 facelift.

In the back, the lights are fully covered, but we’re pretty sure that BMW M4 facelift will receive “taillights” OLED that also equip the current BMW M4 GTS. It is interesting to notice the presence of a new package from the Competition Package series that seems to be created especially for BMW M4 Facelift. The wheels are fitted on 20-inch version M4 GTS, but the rear spoiler of the high-performance version is missing.

BMW M4 facelift

Given that earlier this year BMW announced a special version called BMW M4 CS (Competition Sport), we tend to believe that BMW M4 facelift will borrow some things from this special version.

According to BMW, the M4 special version of CS will be under 500 horsepower, with ceramic brakes, a rear spoiler and carbon fiber exterior elements. Also, the maximum speed will be limited to 280 km / h instead of 250 km / h.
We expect the BMW M4 facelift to be officially presented in the first half of next year.
