Germans from Mercedes have just released the first movie where you can see some details of the new Mercedes-Maybach Vision 6, the concept of luxury which will be presented at the Concours D’ Elegance at Pebble Beach.
For several days, the Germans have been teasing us with several pictures of a mysterious concept which was originally known as a Mercedes Maybach, and was described by the German manufacturer as 6 meters of ultimate luxury.
It all started with a post on Facebook that intrigued the entire automotive press and continued with another picture, and now, as we approach the time of the official launch, the German manufacturer showed a few details of the concept in a teaser video.
The extremely elegant coupe has a long hood and a rear part that dives aggressively, and the whole side is crossed by a subtle chrome stripe. This teaser video also reveals a massive grille and “Gullwing” type front doors, specific to SLS AMG and 300SL models.
The concept named Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 could be based on the current S-Class Coupe, but as Germans stated, it will be 6 meters long, nearly one meter more than the current German sedan range.
Even if little information is known about propeller, the first rumors indicate a very strong, potential electric motor, which Mercedes engineers were already working on.
Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 will unveil the mystery when it will make its official debut in the Concours d’ Elegance at Pebble Beach.
