The BMW M2 Safety Car copy is identical to the one that participates as a safety car for the Moto GP Championship, being accentuated by gold elements, an aerodynamic kit made of carbon fiber, LED lights, flashing lights, but also a protective cage and seashell Recaro seats for the inside.
Besides a lot of M Performance components made of carbon fiber, the BMW M3 model demonstrates the new ultra-light alloy wheels, M Performance, with the 19-inch wheels on the front axle and 20-inch on the rear axle. The new alloy wheels improve handling and comfort. These will be available for M2, M3 and M4 models, from the summer of 2017.
With the new alloy wheels anew coilover suspension is revealed which will be offered for the M3 and M4 models. It provides a more direct behavior on the racing circuits, and due to this fact the ground clearance will be reduced ranging from -5 mm to -20 mm.
The BMW 340i is painted in immaculate white, Alpine White, demonstrating a range of M Performance elements that will be available for the 440i coupe too. Among them are not only exterior accessories, but also sports exhaust system. This, along with a re-hash of the propeller control unit and the in-line six-cylinder engine with a 3.0 liter displacement, bring a touch of aggressiveness to the sound. This combination contributes at the same time to the performance increase for this model. The M Performance Power & Sound Kit package adds an extra 35 hp and 53 Nm of torque, for a total of 355 hp and a torque of 500 Nm, which reduces acceleration from 0 to 60 mph (96 km / h) by 0.2 seconds.
The BMW X5 SAV, which will be unveiled at SEMA, comes equipped with an M Performance set, including a front spoiler and the rear diffuser made of carbon fiber. The carbon fiber elements are found on the interior too, while the most interesting option is the Remote Engine Start System. Pressing three times on the “lock” key on the car, the engine can be started from a distance. When the driver is not behind the wheel for 20 minutes the car will stop the engine. This system will be available on the BMW 5 Series and on the X6 model.
Perhaps the most expected appearance at SEMA is the next generation BMW 7 Series.
The Bavarian flagship called BMW Individual 740e xDrive iPerformance comes with an exclusive bodywork hint, BMW Individual Frozen Black Metallic, the M Performance Parts accessories, among which we have 21-inch in twin-color wheels, glossy black elements, and the bodies for the rear view mirrors made of carbon fiber.
The interior is spiced with red wood inlays, leather combination in black and red, while the rear passengers are pampered by soft cushions and crystal glasses with the BMW Individual inscription on them.
On the rear window, the front door sills and cushions are engraved with “BMW Individual Manufacture” which indicates that work was done manually for each BMW Individual copy.
